Hi guys I'm newbie here. Just wanna ask f there's any one here have same situation with mine. We applied facilitation visa for my daughter. Her citizenship app still in process. How long does it take for the facilitation visa app? We thought its only 8day process but our app is already a month now. Is it normal?

This is a case to case thing. Each case is different and shouldn't be compared.

It is unusual that it take so long? yes... but it is normal, as facilitation visas can take up to 6 months (longest I have seen).

Oh my 6months? Gee if that's the case then better of just wait her citizenship. Ohh

Hello. Did u applied for facilitation visa? My daughter got denied. How old is ur child? They only issued Facilitation visa for chilren 2yr above. But my daughter is only 18months when we applied thats why she got denied.

Hi SDG2014, yes I did applied. but no response yet from VO almost a month now ..what visa office did you applied? how long will it takes to get the response?

sorry to hear that she got denied.. but if your daughter is under 2yo . u can apply for temporary passport.

We applied Manila visa office. Facilitation visa is only 10days. U should try to email them. Yeah temporary passport worked.

I applied @ Manila VO too. Application was received April18. Still no response. When did you send the application for citizenship certificate? Our application for Certificate was sent 2014. and still in process.

Oh that's way too long. And the citizenship certificate. Why that long po? We applied for citizenship cert July 2015 got it last March 2016. U should try to follow up. Email cic. When did u get ur visa for Pr?

Visa received last July 2015. with 1yr expiration period. were still waiting for the certificate or the facilitation visa .

I have a similar situation. my sons proof of citizenship application is in process since August 2018 and i have been told to apply for facilitation Visa in Pakistan. I don't know what forms to fill out and where to sent the application. Has anyone done this application before who can guide me. Thanks

does anyone know how to apply for a facilitation Visa for a child over the age of Two and where to get the form from? and where to submit them?
