Extra sheets + immigration photos

Hello,

2 questions:

1) If I need to attach an extra sheet due to having not enough space in the tables given in the forms, do I print out an extra sheet of that form with the page in question, and fill that out, leaving the rest of it blank? Or do I just add a blank sheet, and state the question number and type out the answer?

2) For the 9 immigration photos that are required, I don't see anything stating whether there has top be anything written on the back of the photo. Usually for Canadian immigration purposes, a requirement is to have details on the back. Should I just leave it blank?

Thanks in advance!

Personally I used blank sheets for my extra pages. At the top I put the form number, question number, and name and birthday of the principal applicant.

On the back of my pictures the photographer stamped the date. That's all. If the photographer hasn't put anything I think it's ok to leave them blank.

Agarand8,

About the extra sheet, the method you have suggested seems to be preferred method of choice for people here. I found a thread where someone has gone over their whole application. It really is very good, and the guy says the same thing. I was going to post the link here, but it is not allowing me. Its a post titled "How I organized our applcation and a summary of all helpful tips I have learned"

However, the same guy mentions labelling immigrant photos (either all 9, or just 1), so I am kind of confused about that.

Thanks in any case!

I attached the extra sheet and clearly labelled the form and question it was reffering to and gave it an appendix number. On the form I wrote 'see attached sheet of paper in Appendix X'

As for the photos I had the photo shop stamp all 8 at the back.

Read what your country specific guide asks for with respect to info on the back of the photos. In my husband's guide (Morocco) he needed 8 photos as per the guide and no information, no date, no stamp on the back. He had no problems with his file.
