Extending work permit

Hi there, I am a refugee and I need to extend my work permit for the first time.
My passport is expired but I do have the copy of it, I don’t know if I should update my passport scan or just use my brown paper?

You need to upload a copy of your expired passport and put the expiration date on the day you are applying. for example; if you complete the form tomorrow use tomorrow's date 22-08-2024.
