Extending PPR request for Canada visit visa

Hi guys need some urgent help in reference to my parent's visit visa application. So my parents visa is approved, just received the message 10 minutes back. But my parents passport is with UK VFS. What should I do, should I request extension of PPR by another month? As UK might take another 5 weeks.

Application submission: March 13, 2022
Biometrics Letter: March 14, 2022
Biometrics: March 21, 2022
Eligibility Review Start: March 24, 2022
Approval: March 24, 2022

When you get PPR send in a webform indicating that the UK has their passports and you will send in the passports as soon as they are returned to you. You believe it should be up to 5 weeks before you get the passports. If you haven’t received a reply just send in the passports as soon as you get them back from the UK.

Thanks I raised a webform and also sent an email to Ottawa CPC. As the biometric validity letter I received with PPR had their address. Tried to call IRCC today, but agents are not reachable (probably would try early morning).

I am not sure if they are looking at webforms, I raised a one for my PR application 10 days back that I have recently relocated to Canada on work permit. no response from them on that either.

Anyone who has recently done this? Please let me know. I have been trying to also contact UK VFS but they are unreachable. They have not even mentioned any contact details

May take a month to hear back. If you get their passport back before you get a reply just submit their passports.
