Amazing hope this is my case too to get approved at least not sure what is taking so long what what I have read here it takes 2-3 weeks

Did you fill in IMM 0006? I’m in the same boat. I’ve an eTA valid and a British national living in France. The website doesn’t state I need the form under the section immediate family working temporarily in Canada. All it states is I need an eTA and written authorisation???
1. What is the Authorization Letter Timeline these days ?
2. Are they issuing it for Travel Visa candidates only or a person with Immigration visa can also request Authorization letter ?

2. You can apply for a visitor visa but processing times are long. Are you PR or Canadian citizen who can invite a family member? Who is the family member?
My Brother. He has a valid COPR issued after Mar 18. Will the written authorization for extended family work ? Has anyone tried written authorization for COPR holder for extended family member ?
Only COPRs holders with immediate family can travel. You can try but according to the site only those with valid TRAVEL visas (visitor/ETA) can apply for authorization. As of yet, on the forum no one on COPR has received approval to travel.

Hi mate I got my travel exemption letter approved my sister applied for me I am copr holder but they refused it for my wife and son
