Extended family authorization application

In the email to CIC, how can I prove that my extended family member is visiting for more than 15 days if CIC has asked us not to book travel before receiving their authorization?

I'm not too sure, I asked a professional in immigration and it seems that the applications are not processed faster. This will only prove as a documentation for you to enter Canada if you have a valid visa

I'm only going off of what the instructions specifically state if you've already applied for a visitor visa. This initiative is fairly new and hasn't been out long enough to track any progress. I'm not expecting our family member's visa to be approved automatically but at least provide some movement after hearing crickets for 6+ months.

I suggest sending a forward email to the one sent with all documents again and mentioning its a resubmission. Many people got approval this way.

For grandparents, we sent 2 separate emails although they are being invited by the same grandchild. If I have to re-send the email, can we have both grandparents info in one email with two separate folders and two separate details in the body of the email. They plan to travel together.

Does anyone who applied for authorization for uniting immediate family member got response from IRCC ?. My wife is working in canada and we met last on Dec 2019 after that due to Covid we couldn't travel, i am currently in Germany. I am planning to meet her on December. I sent the request to IRCC last week. Any idea how long will it takes to respond.!
