Hi guys, I am extending my mothers visit permit, its expiring in nov 2014, my PGWP expires in nov 2015 and so does our passports, so for now i want to extend her visitor stay for another year bcz she wants to travel back home in dec 2014, now once she receives her extension she can apply for her TRV to travel back home. Now i was looking at the application package. when i applied last time to extend her stay i jst attached my bank statement as proof of funds and a copy of my pgwp and copy of my mother passport pages and her current visitor permit. but im confused bcz there are some new documents required in the document checklist is, im not able to copy n paste that info
documents for parents and grandparents - authorized period of extended stay
a letter of invitation from ur child or grandchild residing in canada
most recent T4 or T1
notice of assessment or option c printout
original letter from employment
EI pay stubs
do i need to provide all these since my mother is already staying with me? i can provide my job of offer contract and recent NOA & T4 n paystubs but the invitation letter and employment letter from my employer is that necessary?
