Why is OINP so overrated. It just made 871 nominations. Where as British columbia made 1528, almost double!
Because , it is the only province open to outlanders and with concrete job opportunities and very famous and known to everyone .

The much awaited year-end report is here.

I haven't read it completely yet but I did notice that as on Jan 3rd 2016, more than 50% of the pool had a score between 350 and 449 with more than 5000 applicants just between 430 and 449. CEC has the fastest average processing time of 3.5 months (for 80% of CEC applicants). International students in Canada appear to comprise 13% of the pool while they have received up to 22% of the ITAs.
Thank you Asivad for the information!!!

"On January 3, 2016, when the above distribution was taken from the pool, about 900 candidates had a CRS score above 460."

This part gives me some hope as I am standing at 463...

Could I expect ITA within April....??? My visa expires in May :'( :'(

463 is definitely competitive. If the provinces have slowed down their nominations, you stand a good chance in April.

I don't understand this if Provinces have given their separate quotas in Annual plan (About 47000 PNP) then why they putting burden on FSW and CEC. And if they using their own quota then why number of invitations are so low. Completely confused ???

One thing I find positive in the report is that apparently, the approval rate of PR applications is quite encouraging:
14058/16491 = 85%
(Is this number right?)

What exactly do you mean? 47,000 includes all PN applicants through EE and non EE routes.

I mean to say in annual plan they clearly state about 59000 for economic and 47000 for province nom. program. So u said if provinces gonna slow down then CRS will come down. my question is if provinces have give thier separate quota then why they are effecting Economic stream candidates. Their applications should be processed from their own quota.

Because some percentage of the province's targets are routed through EE.

Not really. That allows provinces another channel to reach foreign skilled workers. It works really well for outland applicants.
