@DelPiero07 I am in a similar situation. because of the system's way of evaluating months and not the exact days, I exceed a little over 3 years and have got the maximum points in that criteria, but according to my reference letters I'll be just shy of 3 years which again depends on when they evaluate my profile. So currently am doing this internship which when completed on Aug 21st I will complete 3 years no matter what.
the question is 1. should I wait for this internship to be over before i submit my PR application ?
2. almost all docs are ready except for my meds which is on Aug 9th. so am currently unable to submit my application till I get the receipt once meds is done. would submitting my profile as soon as I get that done affect my points ?

btw my 90 day deadline is on Sep 12th to submit the application !
1 - You don't have to wait for it to be over, just wait until it helps you complete 3 years of work experience and get the reference letter.
2 - I don't know under what grounds you believe this would affect your points so I can't comment on this.

Oh I'm sorry! both the points are actually tied into the same question. which is that I would be ready to submit all docs by the 10th of August, but since my internship is ongoing till the 21st I was wondering if that would affect my points and I should only submit the application after the 21st of August.
I have talked to the HR of my company and they are issuing a letter stating my end date as 21st like 06/04/2018 - 08/21/2018 (Expected) just for the purpose of submitting the application, but my work history shows this as ongoing currently. so i was wondering if that is misrepresentation or would it lead to any trouble ?
do you think it might be better to just submit it all together after the 21st of August seeing that my deadline is only on 12-Sept ?

The date of the end of your internship is irrelevant, what is important is that you submit your e-APR after completing 3 years of work experience (unless you are still above the cutoff score and eligible for the program you're applying to when counting 2 years of work experience)/.

Oh, I would still be above the cut off score with 2 years too. Then I guess it shouldn't matter.
thanks for your guidance! :)

Can it be that my 4 months of canadian work experience isn't being count into my general work experience? That is why I have only 2 years and not 3 years according to MyCIC?

1- Submit your e-Apr and hope for the best.
2- Reject any ITA that puts you under the cutoff score by counting 2 years of work experience
3- Get a job and get those 2 extra weeks of work needed to claim 3 years of work experience.
Thanks for all the help. I think I'll just do the option 2.
