Hi all,

I got the ITA, now I am struggling with the part where I have to fill up my travel history. My bf and my ex are both American, I live in Vancouver, so I also visit them by car. Pretty frequent.... I went on the CBP (US border) website and I can only find the recent 100 arrivals and departures, but I have WAY more than 100 arrivals and departures. What can I do? And if I missed most of them. Will I get denied? Please help!

If you want to use CBP I-94 history, check if you used a different/newer/older passport in some cases. The database is passport number dependent. But I honestly don't find it reliable. In my case, it was missing two trips to the US.

Be that as it may, can't you look at your passport entry/exit stamps? It is indeed quite a task to go back 10 years of travel and activity, but it needs to be done. Take out an excel sheet, and point them out one by one to the best of your ability.
If you absolutely don't know your exact dates, you at least need to give your absolute best guess, and mention the fact that you missed some in the letter of explanation. Travel history to/from the US is very easy for visa officer to pull up, as Canada and the US share immigration databases as part of security cooperation. So you should make it as precise as possible.
Unlikely you'll get rejected for that as long as you're honest and open about it.

I travel a lot by car, so they don’t stamp every single time. Also I’m missing like 3 years of dates, because I didn’t thought of applying before.

In that case, mention trips based on stamps, and others to your best possible guess, and explain that in LOE.
Happens to many applicants. Imagine those living in Europe (Schengen Area), where you can just walk in another Schengen member country :D.
