Hi friends

I am gathering docs for my eApr submission. I need to get my birth certificates translated.
The CIC site says , I need to get an affidavit from the translator. Have any of you have a sample ? And the requirements say we need to get the translations attested by a notory.
Please help
Thanks
Do you even need to submit a birth certificate in the first place? I think all you need to do is to upload you passport first page...

If you want more points for spouse education, then, YES.
A follow-up question - my wife has two unfinished degrees, so the highest finished education is high school.
Does she need WES to claim points for it? If not, will choosing 'less than high school' be a misrepresentation?

To claim points for any level of education she will need to have a ECA report. In the case of High school diploma it would be just 2 points.

If you don't wish to claim points for her education, simply choose none or less than high school.

Hi,
My work history for the last 5 years has been like:
Jan-2014 till Sept-2016 (Perm-full time) Company 1
June-2017 till March-2018 (Contract - Full time) Company 2
August-2018 till November -2018 (Contract - Full time) Company 3- Client 1
November-2018 till Jan-2019 (Contract - Full time) Company 3- Client 2
March-2019 till June-2019 (Contract - Full time) Company 3- Client 3
June-2019 till current (Contract - Full time) Company 3- Client 4
I have been working as a contractor since june 2017. From August 2018, I have been working for the same company but they send me to different clients(contracts for 3 months). I have also attached the reference letter I received for for my August 2018 and November 2018 role. Is this going to complicate my case?

Hi,

I have a question. Got the upgraded WES document yesterday for MBA and updated my EE profile with this newest information yesterday . My CRS should increase by 7 points from 455. Still it reflects 455. Should I wait for like 24 hours and see or should I write to CIC throug a webform?

On behalf of my cousin,

My cousin has her birth certificate with her original birth year which is 1990 but her passport was made using 1989 for her early school admission by her parents. And so her passport and educational certificate has birth year 1989 instead of the real one.

Now if she explains the situation in LOE and claims her birth year to be 1990 in her Express Entry profile, will it be ok? Or she should use 1989 as per her passports? Using 1990 ll give her 5 points more.

Every education need to pass through WES. It would be better to show this thing as it may lead to a misinterpretation in the future.

Hello there, my CRS score 446. It is very unlikely to receive ITA with this score by looking at current draw trends. I am planning to take PNP route to pursue my Canadian dream. Could you help me on what steps do I need to take?
I have already created EE profile. My NOC codes are 1311 and 1212 (Accounting technicians andbookkeepers and Supervisors, Finance, and Insurance Office Workers)

Dears ,
i have confusion regarding calculating my points for education, i intend to apply under Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program as an Accounting technicians (NOC 1311) because my experience in accounting
the thing is: i have an undergraduate diploma in Accounting (2 years) from one university , and i have a bachelor degree in IT (4 years) from another university, the IT degree was in bridging program (that's mean the university remove some subjects before enrollment (about 15 subjects) because there are some mutual subjects between two programs.
my question is : how many points i can get for education under this program (15 or 20) ?
thanks in advance for your help
