Opps sorry for the wrong thread.

I am a married person with 3 kids, Im planning to apply for express entry fsw but i will only be the one who will apply, my husband and my 3 kids will not accompany me, they will be left here in the philippines. Is it possible to apply even without them or do i need to declare them even if they will not come with me. I am considering the proof of fund, base on my research if family member is 5 i have to show 26,636 cad dollar and for now our fund is not enough, so my husband suggest they will not accompany me and i will only be the one to apply.
Thanks and appreciate your response.

Even if they don't accompany, you will still have to show $26,636.

Hi guys, while creating express entry profile. In Personal details(Immigration History and Citizenship) we are asked whether we have applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
I applied for study permit and then work permit. So should I answer it "Yes" or they are only asking about the prior PR applications?

If answered Yes, second question is whether applied for Express Entry before?
I created a profile earlier but have withdrawn it and now creating a new one. Do i need to give the old profile number or answer as No?
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys!
I would like to ask if there's a maximum time to travel to Canada once you get a Confirmation of Permanent Residence. I'm still waiting for an ITA, but I know I have 2 months (top) to send all the documents online after ITA, then CIC can spent 6 months (top) to decide whether I get a PR or not, and then I don't know if there's any time limit to fly to Canada.

I didn't want to start a new thread that's why I write it down here.

You have to land in Canada within 1 year of the date your medical exam was done.

And just FYI, 6 months is not the maximum amount of time CIC can take to process your application; it's the average. Sometimes it takes much longer.

Hi Experts,

IELTS : L:9;R:9;S:8;W:7.5. Overall:8.5 which is CLB 10 or CLB 12? because in CIC tool max is CLB 10 (yet to create an EE profile) However Canada visa tool has a CLB 12 as well.

Is there any difference in the scores calculated on CRS tool Vs. When we actually create an EE profile?

Thanks in advance.

There is no difference, you will get the same points in EE profile

Hello elders,

We have 3 Question specific to E-APR.

1. Do we need to UPLOAD diplomas, IT vendor certification in all education certificate section.
2. Can we give Credit Card details of our relatives who lives abroad to pay the FEES.
3. In the statutory question if we have mistakenly said ALL as NO in SINP , Can we correct and give LOE?

Thanks in advance.

If you have them, it's best to upload them.

2. Can we give Credit Card details of our relatives who lives abroad to pay the FEES.
Yes. CIC doesn't care who pays the fee, as long as they get their money.

3. In the statutory question if we have mistakenly said ALL as NO in SINP , Can we correct and give LOE?

Thanks in advance.

Just upload the degree/diploma certificate, your mark sheet and the ECA. Other documents such as certificate courses/high scholl certificates and vendor certificates are superfluous. You need to upload documents only for the credentials you are claiming points for.

Answered by istari.

3. In the statutory question if we have mistakenly said ALL as NO in SINP , Can we correct and give LOE?

Could you please quote the exact question and your response to that?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

If a submit the eAPR with letter of explanations( I will have to provide them for my wife's PCC and medical), and IELTS score expire before I am able to submit the actual documents, will the eAPR will be deemed complete? Or, I need to give the IELTS again.

Also how is the usual validity of provincial nomination, and the expiry date of nomination is calculated- from the date nomination was given or from the date it was accepted?

I have done MBA from a Government Recognized university but it is not listed in WES approved universities list.

Kindly advise.
