Why would a Canadian employer hire a foreign worker as Store supervisor? It's not such kind of skill, I don't think LMIA would approved for this.

For current experience, you need employer letter with details like salary credits in bank and/or tax documents to prove it's not an arrangement but a real work experience.
This position is situated north east ontario and its a rural region.. so he couldn't find any PR or canadian to do this job for longer period of time. and its NOC B category job so..that would be consider as skill job..i understand that you would think any body can do this job..but as in rural areas, nobody wants to do this kind of job as well.

The reference letter is supposed to provide the following information:
- roles and responsibilities
- job title
- salary, including bonuses
- period of employment
- hours worked (30hrs/week, for example)

If you can't get a reference letter, you need to find some other way to prove each of these points.

A letter from a former colleague must be notarised.
Thanks!

I have looked through a few sources on-line and not found any directions on fingerprint cards. Can they be filled out at home using the fingerprint pad and accompanied with the application form OR do I need to go to a certain office for this?

Hello friends,

I submitted my profile today. I attached summary of accounts with final balance with my name, email, phone and address on it. (Source online banking) and 6 months statement of checking account (from branch - don't have stamp on it).

Is this correct way? I am just worried because I didn't attach official letter from bank.

Thanks.

Your summary of accounts is supposed to be from the bank, on letterhead and stamped. It's supposed to say how long you've had the account, etc.
If I were you, I'd go to the bank and get one now, and submit it in a CSE, just to be on the safe side.

Employment verification:
What should one do if one their previous employers has gone out of business? What is considered a credible proof of employment in a scenario such as this - would contact information of/or letter from one of the colleagues/manager from that employer without all the details asked for suffice.

Hi Raj./Stanlee/Istari,

Is it advisable to keep the funds in our bank joint account where I am the primary holder and my wife is the secondary holder?

or let the funds be kept in her individual account as she is the primary applicant in the PR process?

The point is my wife is going to be the primary applicant in the PR process with all the documents and records carrying pre-marriage name. Only in our joint account her name is with post-marriage name.will this be a problem?

Hi everyone

Is there any advantage or chance of getting higher score for qualifications if we have two Master degrees? I am currently in process of my degree evaluations from WES and need an advise so that I should get my degrees evaluated accordingly. If it does not impact on score than I want to get my UK qualification ( Master Degree ) evaluated only.

Regards,

Good day!

My wife and I attended the Information Session last June 13, the city director of Fredericton NB Mr. Ghanem is the one who assessed us. Fortunately we we're able to meet the required points, he kept our EOI form and he told us to submit the complete application within 45 days. We we're able to comply and submitted all the necessary requirements before the deadline. We were able to create EE profile and MyCiC account as well. We got a confirmation email from Population Growth Division last August 5 that they already received our application and we will just need to wait for further info until the initial assessment is complete.

I'm just wondering on our MyCiC account the ITA status says "No Invitation at this time". My question is that normal? Will that going to change if ever we will be nominated? Thanks for your reply.
