Hi All,

I have created my EE profile on 30-Sep-2015 and still no CRS score shown and profile status showing "Profile ineligible". I have assessed myself through CIC eligibility tools and found eligible for EE. The status of my profile is as below:

Good evening,
I received a notification of Interest from Ontario and submitted my application. According to Canada post, my application was received on friday 02.10.2015

I have now realized that I did not include a separate letter confirming my Intention to reside in Ontario. I only filled in the form (section F) and included supporting documents.

Do you believe this will be enough, or will the missing of that separate letter (even though my Intention is declared in the application form itself) be a reason for dismissal.

I phoned the OINP call centre, but they were not really helpful. They said a letter is a letter and a declaration is seen as a declaration. I don't really know what to do with that answer and am really nervous.
Should my application be seen as incomplete because of this and returned to me. Can I hand it in again, even though the 45 days would have lapsed by then?

I would really appreciate an answer. I am really nervous about this whole Thing, as my CRS score isn't high enough to get me Express Entry without a Nomination.

Can some one help me how to do ECA in a simple way?
I read information from WEF, but I get confused.
Do we need something (form) to the campus, before the campus to send the academic transcript?

Secondly, if I have a twinning programme bachelor degree, say studied fully in Malaysia but the degree awarded was from the UK.
Which country I have to choose?

Fyi, my bachelor degree is twining programme between Malaysia (where I studied) and the UK (awarded institution), and my masters were from the UK and Germany.

Give country as the country of the degree awarding institution.

The procedure of getting academic transcripts may vary depending on the institution, so check out their website/contract them directly regarding that.

WES seems to be looking for sealed envelope containing the transcript request application downloadable from the WES website along with copies of academic transcripts which have been attested by registrar/authorised officer of the institution. As you have two degrees that you want to get evaluated it will be better to get sealed transcripts from both institutions and send them together to WES.

If you scroll down from there should be a message "Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank". Click on it and open the pdf file to get jobbank validation number. If there is no message then it could be because you don't meet minimum entry criteria.

Hi Guys,

I had created a EE profile ( score 447).I have few confusions regarding work experience

1) I am secondary in application and i have actually got 10 years of exp , but only added work exp of 3 years as it is not easy to get Reference letter from previous employers. Will this be a problem in in future esp for back ground check?

2) My partner is primary applicant and she had only claimed work exp of 1.2 years of BA (NOC 2171). She had worked as college tutor as a contractor for 7 months in last year,but did not add this details as she was a contractor and it is different NOC from primary NOC. Will this be a problem later?

While trying to input my details in Personal History in the Application form after getting ITA. It is continuously prompting as incomplete when I try to save and exit. I don't understand how I should do that?

I am typing as below-
Jan 2006 to May 2008 : Education (A levels)
June 2008 to May 2012: Education (Bachelors)
December 2008 to April 2014: Education (ACCA)

Is this the right way to do so? or do I need input it like Jan 2006 to May 2008, June 2008 to May 2012; June 2012 to April 2014 .

Can anyone please help me out?

I need help... I just forgot my cic a/c password and I could not remember it anyhow. my ee point is 379. I just became frustrated. I also applied for SINP EE subcategory and they started to process my application after 3 months. Is there any way to recover my password? please share if anyone has idea....

Noted that I need to download the request application form. I find that there is a part that need to be filled up by the applicant, and another one by the campus. So, does it mean that I need to send the form to the campus after I filling up the information? then the campus will do it the same, and send it directly to WES?
is it the procedure?
fyi, my campuses are not residing in my home country - that's why I need to confirm on this, before I send it to the campus, which is costly ;D

Thanks Sir. I dont want to claim points for these experience as it will be difficult to get the reference letter and other documents. So is it okie not to disclose the work experience if you are not claiming any points

Do send copy of passport( if it has new name) and copy of marriage certificate along with other documents.
Also send a letter to them stating that you want the report in both names. ( Remember to write reference no on the letter and sign it.)

But by mistake we forgot to send the marriage certificate with the affidavit of name change (as passport with name is not with as at the moment).

Need to know as its mentioned on WES website that they only provide the report in the name of applicant as mentioned in the final degree/transcripts which will be the old name of my wife. So will it be possible that I will not send them any document (for name change) and they will provide the report in old name and at the time of my EE profile/application we will provide the name change affidavit as her IELTS score card in also in her old name so in our profile/application we have to provide the affidavit anyway.
Or I should send another courier to WES (with reference no) with only the name change affidavit and marriage certificate. as this will cost be additional some of money.

Which one will be the best possible solution for us ?

They do provide reports in both name. I have received the copy. If you are creating ee profile by her maiden name it shouldn't be a problem.

Also, if you don't mind spending again courier additional documents. They do have a fax number. Try sending the copy by fax. Just remember that you mention reference number on the copy.
