Hi everyone,

Needed some urgent help -

My current UAE residence visa says Profession is "Customer Service Representative", though my contract is now for Junior Officer/ Consultant.
The office can change it to "Consultant" on a personal cost now, or I wait until November/ December for them to do it for free when they renew my UAE visa.

I am applying under NOC 4164 - " 4164 - Social policy researchers, consultants and program officers" so I was thinking CS representative may sound very wrong (and much lower) compared to what I do... (/i work in Aid and Development - Humanitarian Response as a consultant for customer services)
So should I pay the amount from pocket and get it changed now to Consultant?

I have not sent my profile for EE as yet.. hoping to send it by August and get an ITA either August or latest September (I hope??)...

I will get a reference letter from my employer with the correct title... but should I change it on my UAE visa? Do we need to send the UAE residence permit visa to CIC at any stage?
I'm afraid if they see "Customer Service Representative" at any point and say the Profession title is not correct.

Please advise..

Its my humble request to all the seniors from India, who have submitted their PR application post ITA ...My question is about Police clearance certificate..I am from Punjab and I have applied for pcc through passport seva kendra ,...But the cic website says :-

For residents of Punjab: You can apply to your local Senior Superintendent of Police, or the senior ranking police official at the police station in your District.

For residents of other states: You can apply at your local District Police Station.

For residents of Delhi: You can apply at your local District Police Station or online on the Delhi Police website or on the Passport India website. The Web site will list what information and documents you need. If you apply online, your certificate will be returned to you electronically.

What shall I do ??? Please guide

I imagine this won't matter because the final word on the validity of the NOC claimed on your profile is taken based on the roles & responsibilities mentioned in the work reference letter.

Since it says :

I am helping a friend whose creating his EE profile but comes out to always ineligible. After answering all the questions in Come to Canada and is given a Personal Reference Code which is needed in MyCIC stage, his EE profile will always comes out to be ineligible. His details are as follows:

NOC 4311
Age - 37
ECA - diploma 3 yrs (Is this equivalent to Bachelor's degree or three years diploma?)
IELTS - CLB 7, no score of 5.5 or below
Work Experience - 10 yrs

His wife: NOC 6235
Age - 35
ECA - diploma 2 yrs (is this equivalent to two-year program at a university?)
IELTS - is low, she even have a 4.5 score but I believe it does not matter because the principal applicant is the husband
Work experience - 4 yrs.

Funds for a family of 4 CAD$22,170.

Kindly please help, what he missed out for him to be always ineligible. I told him to withdraw all his previous EE applications and create a new one but it is always the same, ineligible and an email from CIC with the following:

not having a valid language test
language test results that are more than two years old
a language test score that is too low
not having enough relevant work experience
not having the required education level
not having enough funds

My hands is that the Come to Canada stage is not link to his EE profile. I mean the personal reference code is not linked to EE profile making him always ineligible because we have to pass the 67/100 basic criteria before we are directed to MyCIC account. Any inputs please.

2. Previous refused application for fsw returned due to cap full but dont have any file no- does it count as application for PR? I mentioned no to this question because i dont have file no. But i did say yes to previous refused app( visitor visa) and filled in uci no
3.family history- should include details of only those members who are not mentioned in application so that shouldn't include spouse?( spouse is included in application)

Not needed if you have a Bachelors degree or higher.

If you have a UCI number, answer Yes to that question as well and mention the UCI there.

Yes.

Remove that employment from your profile as it doesn't give you any points. When you remove it, the document would no longer be required.

Can be uploaded together. Attach an LOE to explain further if you want.

You can get it translated from a translator and then get it notarized.

What is an affidavit for a translation?

An affidavit for a translation is a document stating that the translation is a true and accurate version of the original text. The translator swears in front of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country where the translator lives, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.

I would suggest answering Yes only if you've applied for immigration purposes but it really doesn't matter. Its just one of those administrative questions.

I will try to help my friend to lodge his EE profile tomorrow. My question now is on how to totally delete EE profile. I am planning to lodge his new EE profile using another email address. Can I do this?
