Guys one quick question.

I am the primary applicant for mine application. My wife has a relative in canada who is a PR, actually she is mine mother in law sister who recently got PR and her kids are the citizens, so mine questions is can i claim points for that. Below is list as per CIC, does mine mother in law sister qualifies under child of a grandparent and if its fine to claim points for that?

there are no CRS points in Express Entry system for relatives.

i have lived in UK for almost three years in past but for the last 1 year i am in my home country (india). While aplly for EE do i need police clearance only from india or both( India+UK)??. Becuase i dont know how to get it from UK as i dont live there anymore..

Hello,
i am applying in express entry under CEC category. i had completed my bachelor of commerce from india (3 years)
i just got my evaluation done with World Education Services and the report says that Canadian equivalency of my degree is bachelor's degree

so according to points table given on cic site i should get 120 points.
but i only scored 26 points wen i check after i update my profile.

Do you know what might be the case?
why i scored so less?

please help me out friends/...

1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
