Thanks a lot.One more thing. Since you have been in Indian since July and you intend to be there for a long time, I would suggest you add the Indian address to address history, and make a note of your situation in your LOE. This is just to avoid confusion.
Just my take.

Hello..1. The UCI number is generated after you submit your PR application (post receiving ITA) and pass the medicals.
2. Other forum members have reported that they've shown Mutual Fund and/or Provident Fund as PoF. Please read the threads on PoF - there's a lot of information and guidance there.
3. Your direct manager can issue the letter on plain paper and you can then get it notarised to add legal validity. Remember to add his or her business card along with the reference letter. The CIC website and several threads on this forum have information about what the reference letter should contain. Please read and do some research before approaching your manager.
Good luck.
Hello..No need to include your high school education.
Hello..High school? include only the education you have validated through ECA, university education.
Hello..2- You have to go through general checkup (weighing, eyesight etc.), X-ray, blood and urine test. Panel of physicians who which test they have to conduct so don't worry about it.
3- you need experience letter Post ITA if you have claimed points for your employment.
Hello..the documents and LoE page comes after you complete all the other things after hitting "continue application" button... its right at the end
but dont worry - you can go right to the end also, and come back and make any changes you want on the first page... basically any new information you enter on the post ITA page (like travel history, family details etc) can be changed at any time... until you submit the final application and pay the fees... after that no cahnges can be made directly on the portal.
No, you don't, but if it a prolonged stay it may be best to include it. eg 3 months +.Do we need to mention travel addresses (vacations) in address history too ???
Hi,Hello Sir..
My wife's WES states as per following:
1. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Commerce
Year: 2003
Awarded by: Saurashtra University
Status: Recognized Institution
Major/Specialization: Accounting
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (three years)
2. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Master of Commerce
Year: 2005
Awarded by: Saurashtra University
Status: Recognized Institution
Major/Specialization: Accounting
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)
Now, while filling education history in EE profile, I have selected both his bachelors and masters as Bachelor's degree in Canadian Equivalency section and I have been awarded 9 points for it. have I done the right thing??
Thanks
Hi Dr,Hello..
I have already created my EE profile and have entered five and half years experience. All my experience is in one NOC (2112). My first two job accounts for two and half years while the third one is exactly for three years.
So, I would like to know whether it would be a good idea to move first two jobs into personal history and include only the last three years experience?
Quite a few of members have suggested me that one should always provide minimal documentation after satisfying the eligibility criteria, may be because it will save a lot of effort on my part by not having to worry about arranging documentation for those periods and on CIC's part also, as they will have to only verify only three years experience.
Also, I am bit confused with calculating the duration of my work experience. I am following duration as three years. please correct me if I m wrong.
Job Start date: 03/01/2013
Job End date: 02/01/2016
I would like to thank all the forum members for being immensely helpful in applying on my own...
Thanks a lot...
Dr. Amit Trivedi
