1)The instructions say you must submit the bio page and all pages with visas, stamps and markings.munn@ said:Hello,
I received an ITA and now on documents submission step and I have couple of questions.
1. Do I just need to submit first and last page of the passport or do I need to submit all the pages?
2. I also have my expired passport and renewed passport, so do I need to submit copies of both passport?
(first and last page of both passports or all the pages of both passport)
Any help would be great, kindly advise
do you have the link you can share ?TanakaM said:1)The instructions say you must submit the bio page and all pages with visas, stamps and markings.
2)They also say you must submit a vilid travel document, they do not ask for the old passports. So this is optional.

That number should be for other PR stream where CIC sends you an instruction to go for medicals. Express Entry requires Upfront Medicals therefor you only provide them your EE number. A lot of medical centers get this confused so you will need to explain this to them.ajplayit said:HI,
I got my ITA and need to get my medical done, however, the authorized medical center requires a UCI to perform a medical check. On the ITA I only have the EE number there is no UCI number. From where can i get this information.
you have to do upfront medical. Before submitting your eapr.paterson said:Hi! Question, after applying for PR, how many days should I wait to get the instructions for medical exam? thanks
what do you mean? should i have the medical exam first?KRahman said:you have to do upfront medical. Before submitting your eapr.
yes. After getting ITA you need to book for medical tests on designated centers by IRCC. It's a mandatory document for submitting eapr.paterson said:what do you mean? should i have the medical exam first?
By transcripts are you referring to documents or academic transcripts?tahminaml said:Do we need to submit Transcript addressing to immigration officer or to whom it may concern is fine?
Read through this. It will clearly explain the process.paterson said:what do you mean? should i have the medical exam first?
Academic Transcript and what is IMO?TanakaM said:By transcripts are you referring to documents or academic transcripts?
If you are referring to letters, both are ok so it's a matter of preference. However, IMO, Dear Immigration Officer is more personal.
Academic Transcripts are general documents that are not addressed to anyone. In addition, CIC only requires certificates so there is no need to submit transcripts.tahminaml said:Academic Transcript
