I have a question. When should I start for my reference letters ? After getting the ITA or I can get them before as well.?

If I get the reference letters before the ITA is given to me , will it be accepted. As far as I know, they don't have an expiry date.

Anyone with prior letters faced any issue?

Yes, the earlier the better...because such things mostly take time especially with past employers.

I dont think there is no rule on this.
I would get letter from past employers as soon as possible (before ITA), then tell my current employer that i will need a letter after ITA. This will mean the letter from you current employer will be recent when you submit your application.

Yes, there is no rule for the current, but for past employers however old but as long as the letter is post your relieving date it's fine.

Yes, if it is post your min. No. of months/years required in your primary NOC (for MEC) for the employment.

Although nobody knows what kind of queuing system IRCC follows, but presumable and ideally it starts as soon as you get AOR. But both you and me know very well that it may not be a few days or weeks before the file is actually picked up by an officer, but surely not 90 days.

Dear Seniors,

I sent a package to WES for my and my husband's assessment. but this package doesn't have any reference number on it.
In this package, there are 2 envelopes, each one is annotated with respective reference numbers on them.
Will this be a problem for us? (me and my husband)

No, in my Zimbabwe you pay cash. should be the same for most countries since this is for immigration purposes.
