Guys, one small query:

While filling Express Entry profile, I am suppose to fill field of study. I have completed B.E in Information Technology (from India).

1. So should I select "Computing / IT" or should I select "Applied, science"
2. Am I suppose to fill 10th and 12th class information ? if yes then what needs to be selected in the "Field of study" ?
3. For MBA, can I select "Business, Management,..."

I am new here and I've read through the several post and helps given here but my question is this how long does it take to go through the process before one can get an ITA

Hi,

My query is regarding education credential based on my qualifications. I have done my diploma in pharmacy (2 years course) from Board of Karnataka, Bangalore, Karnataka, India and Bachelor of Pharmacy (3 years) from Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. (which is actually 4 years course, however, since I''ve done diploma of 2 years, I got direct entry in 2nd year of Bachelor of Pharmacy). I want to know the process for submitting the documents to WES as there is a provision of 4 year Bachelor Degree program only. Will you please guide me on this, so I can start my application to WES accordingly.

Can anyone tell how much time it take post ita post submitting all documents? Pls do reply if nyone know how much time it take to receive copr...

Hi Friends,

Im renewing my passport since it's due to expire in 2020 and getting my Address changed as well. Since I will get my new Passport.number on reissue.. Will my existing records like IELTS with old Passport Num# need to be updated or it will be considered by CIC with some additional process?

Or shud I wait until I get my ITA and visa approved..?

Please guide.. Thanks

Please Help i had recieved my ita, last date of sending my application is 9 september.i have all my documents only one of my employers is not providing proper documents he is not cooperating what shouldI do, it is not going to affect my crs as i already have 4 and a half year work experience.Should i withdraw and make new profile.Please suggest

I am not quite sure of the kind of questions you may be asked. However, you can google it up for your understanding. I would suggest you to just relax and go. This is not an exam where you have to give all the right answers. Just be honest and don't sound too confused. They would just check on your personality and reasons why you chose Ontario as your destination from all the other provinces.

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.

I have received provincial interest letter from PEI on 8th August under EE profile. FYI...I don't have profile with PEI neither I have submitted EOI with them.
The letter asks to contact PEI directly for further instructions but they have not given any contact information on the letter so I searched PEI's phone number and called them to ask about further processing, all they asked me to do is send an updated resume and they will get back to me.
Has anybody experienced this or I am the only one with this unique procedure?
If yes, what would be next after sending out my resume?

I have already applied and am at IP1 stage. I wanted advice on

Whether my CRS change in case I get married and add my spouse after AOR to my application. Means do I have to get ECA and IELTS for my spouse also?

Please advise. Thanks.
