Hi
I'm bit confused about
8) Additional Point
Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?

Question: My mother's real brother is Canadian citizen and of course his SON too. he is 24 year old.

Should i add his SON as Cousin brother or My mother's brother (Uncle)?

Please let me know.

Thank you in advance.
Pankil
You will not get additional points for cousins. Has to be a sibling.

Experts, advise pls...

I just received a nomination under SINP
but my EE profile will expire next week.
what is the best thing to do?

1. Withdraw my profile (before it expires) then apply a new one
2. Create a new profile (wait for my old profile to expire)

Thank you :)

Hello all...i need some information regarding the docs requirement for relative in canada??
The case is...i have applied for immigration with family...and my spouse is having a relative(aunt) in canada. But we are not receiving any points for that under express entry.
So the question is do i need to submit the relative docs post ITA or not ??

Hi..its better not to fill tht option...as it won't help anyway... If u did then yes u have to show proof of relationship with ur spouse and whom they related to dad or mom and proof of residency also....

Thanks buddy...really helpful indeed
And one more point...someone told me that if you are having any relative in canada...then it will make your case strong moreover its necessary to show with proof if someone is having any relative in canada....
Is it so ???

Hi All,
Can someone advise me?
I am 39, MSC holder and already have WES in hamd. IELTS 7977 as in LRSS.
Work Experience-12 years, NOC 2234.
Wen I trying to check if i am eligible to enter EE profile, the system keep saying I am not eligible.
Anyone encounter like this before, kindly advise and help.
Thanks .

I have a small doubt. I have given my total work experience to be 3.5 years. 1.5 years in the last 5 years and 2 years of experience around 7 years back. Do i have to submit referral letters for both the jobs?
They come under different NOC codes and both have been considered for my CRS calculation. Please clarify my doubt.

Hi..no it really won't help...as u not getting any extra points for tht so its useless...if u got nice crs score then it better to get ita based on that only..just keep it basic...

Yes you can do so
Hey hope 2018....
I applied in NOC 4011 (university professor and lecturer) as suggested by you. Got ITA in last draw...I have few queries ...
1. I created a EE profile few months back with lower ielts score (crs - 380 at tht time). Then i withdrew it. I kept the primary noc same and work ex. same for tht. But I entered my current work (2015- at present) as an employee working in an advertising company (a close friend's company) which is not true actually. I do help him getting his work done but I have never been an employee of him....
So now in new profile (with same gc key) through which i got ITA can i change my current situation from employee in xyz company to running a coaching centre (which is true)?
2. Does CIC cross check previous profiles (withdrew one) to match the entries?
3. There is another business which my brother is doing in my name. Should I mention that also.
4. Just to brief is it advisable to hide some information in your personal history section (for which you are not claiming points) just to avoid complexity in profile?

PLZ SUGGEST......

Are Indian licenses valid in Canada or do we have to start from learner licenses in Canada..?

If valid, will normal old licenses will work, or i should convert them to new smart cards licenses..?

Please help..

Yes as you are claiming points for both.
