Dear Sir/MadamI had applied FSW in 2010 two times and got refusal due to noc mistakes and then i applied in Express Entry but by mistake i Could not enter the Ielts score of my spouse then it shows Inelgible on Second time then i filled with the correct details then even it shows Inelgible . I have one query that if it asl have you applied before in express entry then what should i have to write either Yes or No As on second time when i had applied under express entry i write Yes. Please help
