She received a rejecting decision yesterday to her EE Cec application.
There is an obvious officer’s mistake which is really easy to explain.
In the rejection letter he claims that she did not provide employment letter for a period of time when she was self employed! She cannot provide a self written letter of employment as it is strictly forbidden in the guide. She provided all other documents plus references/letters from 3rd parties stating that she was self employed, her duties etc.
She cannot apply again as she won’t have the required number of points anymore.
Is there a way to appeal the decision?! Please help!
