I've already given the keywords I used to the user who asked me for the Google Search Key Words;
You not being able to give us the source seems a bit weird... Sorry!
(Even if you were restricted to post links, there are creative ways to put a link in a comment)

Anyway. All I could find is what we've already learned... A plan, an idea. Discussed weeks / months ago.
To give easier access to PR to those holding LMIA-exempt WP, those who studied in Canada, etc. But nothing concrete. No timeline or actual changes provided.

Doesn't mean the "plan" has been approved yet, or is even in the process to be implemented. Could take another 6 months to finalize the details.
If anything, those would be more for 2017.

Well it is not official unless it is on CIC website; that's why I have been clear and precise because I've never said it was official;

Instead I mentioned it has been confirmed but we don't know when it will be implemented;

DefinitelyGuru, For me, I do not consider creative ways as I respect this forum not to put links;

I've been precise in my words and please be precise too; I've mentioned additional points for Canadian Education from a University;

Please so do not confused us with work experience; the government ONLY mention extra points to University graduates;

That's great news for me....

Stop misleading people. Nothing has been confirmed yet. Those are only promises, and we can only guess when and if they will be implemented.

Without source, it's just rumor. So, stop spreading rumors, we've been hearing this from long time ago :)

There is absolutely no confirmation about any changes from IRCC or Mr. McCallum. All he said was to REVIEW the Express Entry, and it means they might or might not implement a change on the system for int'l students. The process of a promise to review/review to become a confirmation is like a speculation to become a fact. There is no guarantee at all.

I personally do not trust any "positive" news from a lawyer or immigration firm at all, since they always want to post "positive" and speculation news in order to attract new clueless customers. If you want an blue pill of illusion then go read those lawyer's site, but if you want a red pill of hard truth then come to this forum.

Also remember that not all changes are good for int'l students, they might implement some changes to give more points to int'l students , but only to the talented ones, like the BC PNP whereas they add more category like annual wage and NOC code.

I'm not the one confusing people...
Posting links is permitted on this forum. So forgive me for having doubts. Even if your account doesn't allow you to do it, you could say:
"Go to this site, this section, this page"...

All you did was gave us some fake information.
When asked for the source, you only answer us with some blurry, shaky info. Strange that no one could find that source, isn't it ?

I've looked up your "so-called" source (fragomen). There's absolutely nothing on that website.

On the other hand, there are plenty of news releases from March / May with the same old info about how John McCallum intend to improve the Express Entry system so that it can give a fair chance to people who hold LMIA-exempt work permits, or have studied in Canada, etc. All of that, of course, being a plan, an idea. Nothing concrete yet. All info we already know. Facts. (See the difference !)

I'm not the one spreading fake info here... So please stop.

Nothing is confirmed yet. No numbers or details have been laid out. Only a press conference, or talk at a conference from McCallum could do that.
Then you can call it "news".

Until then...

The new thing is that now the government has been precise;

Some users might be frustrated because they might be college graduates;

Well, no offence; but the Minister has been precise this time mentioning "University graduates" for additional points;

That's great because college graduates will be excluded; good no competition with University graduates

i would like to hear updates on the "additional points for siblings promise". hopefully that will be included as potential changes to Canadian immigration policy. About college graduates i dont know. Before they said international graduates now they are saying university graduates. confusing...
