Express Entry Questionnaire: Accompanying spouse

Hello,
I am a Canandian PR holder, but im currently living in the US.
My wife is startinig her express entry profile, and in that there is a question: "will your spouse be accompanying you to Canada".
Once she does get her PR, we would move, however, if i say yes to the question, its; asking for my details as well.

My question is: Given i already am a PR, does she need to fill this as yes?
also, if she gets an ITA, will i need to provide PCC and medical records given i have a PR card already?

I am in a similar situation with the only difference being my spouse was already in Canada.
I put "No" for the question: "will your spouse be accompanying you to Canada".

I did provide all the details for my spouse. However you don't need to provide PCC & Medicals. Attach a LOE along with a copy of your PR card for each of these fields.
