Express entry question..

Hello to all,

I'm an Indian and have worked in India in a small scale company from whom I can provide the experience letter on their letter head but I'm not sure if they can provide me with any document which is government issued. I currently work in Kuwait and I can provide all documents issued from gov like contract copy, work permit etc. Will there be any problem for me while selection in express entry pool?

If you worked in any company you need letter from the company and payslips to prove you were employed and paid. You can submit everything you have about your employment like :-
1. Pay Stubs
2. Reference Letter
3. Offer Letter
4. End of employment letter

The key thing in these reference letter that shows your job duties to prove the NoC of your employment

Thank you for your reply, but the thing is it is a small scale private company and use to give salary in hand and so I cannot provide pays stubs. I was working for just experience there. Since I don't have any government proof of this job will the offer letter and experience letter will be enough or will my application get rejected because of it?

My current job is in Kuwait for which I can provide all the requested documents.
