Express Entry Query

Hi,

I made a profile but I have not submitted it yet. I have following questions please help me out here. I am eligible for Express Entry ( according to the express entry eligibility tool)

1: I have a masters degree from Canada and I have been working in Canada as a Software Engineer since last July. Should I apply for Express entry now or after this July so I have one year of Canadian experience .

2: In Education details in EE application, I mentioned my Canadian masters degree. But I also have Bachelors degree ( from India ) Should I mention it? if I do, then they ask for ECA which is 200$ and I am not sure if that is really needed.

3: my Celpip score is: reading/listening 11 and writing/speaking 8: is this good enough?

4: How often the draw happens? If I submit the profile now, when will know if i am qualified?

-if you have the points and can get an invite now why not, may be u will have PR by July

- Well I had my masters from US And Undergrad from india. I got ECA only for master and also mentioned undergrad in my profile. everything just worked out fine

- Again, if you have enough points to get an invite, that should be fine

4: How often the draw happens? If I submit the profile now, when will know if i am qualified?

after submitting your profile you will know in a day or two if it is accepted into the pool or not, once you are in the pool it depends on the cutoff score of that draw

It depends on whether you want to get invite under FSW or CEC category. For CEC, you need to wait till July and will not have to show proof of funds during landing. For FSW, you have to show PoF during landing and it will depend on whether you are alone or with family. But if you have enough points then you can submit the profile right away and wait for the next draw to get the invite. The min score to get the invite till today is if you get more than 450 points.

You need to mention only master and since it is Canadian, you do not have to do ECA as well.
