Hi,

I found below wording from CIC website.

I am applying under CEC class and they say must provide the letter.

Can you please explain me what information and where do I have to provide this letter?

I have enough funds. In this case, do I have to show then fund or not?

Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.

Looks like not. Looks like you just need to draft a document attesting that you don't need to show proof of funds because you were invited to apply under the CEC.

You can attache letter mentioning that you received ITA under CEC program hence POF is 0.
Many received PR with this.
