Hi, transcripts placed in sealed envelope sent directly by ur university to Wes is fine. As long as they don't ask you for more docs, there's no need to stress on it further.

Hi Friends,

Please Help!!!!!

I will submit my application this week as self employed (4 years experience) to prove my experience :

-6 references letters ( 4 customers, 1 provider and my accountant company)
-3 invoices per year experience so 12 invoices in total for the 4 years
-credit notices for the invoices
-screenshots of my website, facebook page and some works
-trade register of the company
-articles of incorporation of the company that shows that i'm the owner
-tax returns for the 4 years

Is it enough? Should i add something else like more invoices? more reference letters? should i add the balance sheet of each year?

I have only 7 days left before submitting

Hi, your documents shown above is good enough. If u can show a summary statement of the company's banking transactions, it wil be effective too.

Hi, please help.
I have done my BTech in 2009. Then I started working and till now I am working.
While filing express entry if I don't want to show my experience from July 2009 to Feb 2011. Will it be possible as the company is not any more so it's not possible to get the reference letter.

Hi, you have nothing to worry here. U just need to upload relevant docs for the period of employment u intend to claim points for. With regards to it, CIC doesn't bother about the gap after your graduation.

There is another portion in the permanent resident application where you will be asked to specify activity from the age of 18 or last 10 years, whichever is the most recent. In this spot, provide information of your employment with the company that shut down, you are not reqd to or will not be asked to upload docs to prove it as u aren't claiming points. This portion is for security and background check processes and as long as u re open, transparent and clear about yourself it will not affect ur filing negatively.

Still I have six plus years of experience,Also will it impact on my application that why you haven't worked after completing your BTech or so.

Hi friends, my wes is about to expire in May. Can anyone guide me how to renew, as I have few confusions:

1) Do we need to go Order duplicate IRCC for this ?

2) Does ordering for self is required ? Or just sending to IRCC is enough as it will cost additional $30.

3) If ordering for IRCC, will I be able to see and download the file ?

4) How many days Wes takes for renewing evaluation report ??

Hi, if your ECA report has expired and you would like to renew it, you will need to log into your WES account and order an “additional report” for IRCC. Ordering an extra copy will extend the expiry date for another five years.

To obtain a standard credential evaluation report with no expiry date, log into your WES account and “upgrade” your ECA report to either a Document-by-Document or Course-by-Course evaluation report. It costs $50 CAD to upgrade to a Document-by-Document report and $100 CAD to upgrade to a Course-by-Course evaluation report.

Hi friends, I am sitting @443 in the pool. Travelling on work visa to Canada in April '19. My sister has already got PR card but is in India currently. Can I claim 15 points of siblings. This willl boost my score.

Hi, yes you can claim points as ur direct sis is PR card holder, upload her PR card and her housing contract with her landlord or utility bills (or both). Cheers!! All the best!!

Hi everyone

I’m a practising physician. Have my clinic. According to govt laws we don’t need to register the clinic if we are not admitting patients in the premises.
I want to know what documents can I submit for self employed?
I have

1. Income tax returns filed for every year from past 6 years
2. CA certificate stating that this is my clinic and the annual earnings of each year
3. Profit and Loss sheet for last 6 years
4. Daily inflow of debit/credit transactions in my account through the swipe machine.
5. Affidavit stating my roles and responsibilities as a physician.

Will these hold good? Or do I need to submit anything else?

The photo specifications for the application to be attached after receiving ITA is 50mm X 70mm. The face should appear to the fullest and it should be in the middle of the photograph.

For PR it’s 50X70 and for visitor visa to canada its 35X45.
So you know now which one has to be done!

Appreciate if one of the senior members could answer my question.

I have submitted my application and received the medicals and biometric request 20th Feb 2019. The section where we have to upload a scanned copy of the passport, I have only uploaded passport bio page and all the other visa stamps. However, I forgot to scan the exit and entry stamps (there are few). Will they raise an ADR for these copies or could this be a valid reason for them to reject the application?

There is one point in requirements for eligibility that I am curious about.
C) You need to have at least one year continuous, full-time (at least 30 hours per week/1560 hours per year) or equivalent part-time experience in an occupation that is categorized under NOC 0, A or B in the past 10 years.
So I have worked 10 months remotely for an IT company in Canada and then 10 months in house.
So the question is whether I qualify under this requirement or not? I don't want to spend one more year before I can apply, but would like to know for sure if its ok to apply with this experience.

Hi, below link will help you to understand it better, go thru it and read the requirements. Take a print of it and show it to the studio photographer and he/she will do the necessary.

Hi, can u please ellaborate on the working from house meaning? Were u self employed for 10 months or were u just working for ur employer from home?
