Hi,

Appreciate if one of the senior members could answer my question.

I have submitted my application and received the medicals and biometric request 20th Feb 2019. The section where we have to upload a scanned copy of the passport, I have only uploaded passport bio page and all the other visa stamps. However, I forgot to scan the exit and entry stamps (there are few). Will they raise an ADR for these copies or could this be a valid reason for them to reject the application?

Hi, bro i recommend you to raise a cse webform and upload your entire scanned passport including blank pages asap and also upload a letter of explanation stating that you just realised that certain pages were missed out previously.
Else ur file will go for a Toss in review reqd n it will take ages. Dont wait for ADR!!

Hi everyone

I’m a practising physician. Have my clinic. According to govt laws we don’t need to register the clinic if we are not admitting patients in the premises.
I want to know what documents can I submit for self employed?
I have

1. Income tax returns filed for every year from past 6 years
2. CA certificate stating that this is my clinic and the annual earnings of each year
3. Profit and Loss sheet for last 6 years
4. Daily inflow of debit/credit transactions in my account through the swipe machine.
5. Affidavit stating my roles and responsibilities as a physician.

Will these hold good? Or do I need to submit anything else?

If the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

Hi, can u please ellaborate on the working from house meaning? Were u self employed for 10 months or were u just working for ur employer from home?

I was a freelance retainer. I signed a contract with that IT company to work while my work visa was being done.

Now I am really confused.

Some people say that should be 35x45 the one that should be upload in your express entry profile before submitting your application while others say 50x70.

The one you were saying is for visitor visa and the one that I mentioned i.e 50x70 is for PR Visa. Every type of visa has their own requirements.

U are eligibile to apply, follow all the requirements and get a job reference letter which is consistent and apt with your noc from your employer for the 10 months u worked .

Then for the 10months u freelanced. Below is the CIC requirement followed by its link for reference.

Hey guys,

I'm looking for opinion from people that went through the Express Entry(and possibly H&C even though i know this group is dedicated only to Express Entry)
I got an invitation to apply and a few weeks later (while waiting for my new passport to arrive) i got an email from my other application (which is the H&C application) where they are requesting the medical exam. Now i have until April 22, 2019 to apply through Express Entry and i have no idea what to do. I know the best thing to do is to go forward with both applications, but each application fee is 550$(x2=1100$)plus the medical exam which is 400$ plus another 500$ for the pr card. And it all comes to around 3 grand. So, i'm trying to get opinion from people that went though the whole express entry process to see how long they waited for their PR after being invited. Because for the H&C application they don't give out the timeline on how long it takes after you send all your medicals in. Which one do you think would be faster? Any and all opinions are appreciated!

Dear all, I received my ITA in 112th draw and have score of 475.

So far my documentation gathering was going smooth and now i have hit a major roadblock.
I NEED HELP FOR MY LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT.

Since Oct 2015 till now, I have been working in a single company, so that's almost 3.5 years.
I got pay raise twice but no raise in position/ designation. How should i put it on my employment reference letter?
Like should i divide my letter in three parts or should i show just my current salary and current job duties?

Also we are a group of companies.
Due to accounting practices in my company of tax savings and turnovers, my salary in last 3 years have come from 3 different companies (Same owner/ director). so my salary slips and bank entries are showing 3 names instead of one that I mentioned as my place of employment in profile. What should I do?

Will i get rejection because of this?

Hi,WES has evaluated my MBA degree from Pune University as 1 year postgraduation diploma instead of Master’s. They mentioned that they have changed their policy and now will give masters only to IIM and IIT from india. Now when I am filling the form for express entry, there is no option as 1year postgraduation diploma. And my Bcom has been evaluated as BCom (4years) ?Which option do I choose ? Should I choose 2 certificates?

Can an express entry FSW applicant send an updated employment reference letter proactively via web form after submitting the online application even if not asked by the visa officer? I mean after getting AOR but with out getting an ADR.Will it delay the processing time?

Can I update my employment reference letter after submiiting express entry application and paying the fees.I mean after getting AOR.

The employment letter I submiited was from my university's former head of the department.Now the head of the department has changed.

Moreover,the current head of the department has given me an updated employment reference letter with more precise details of the Job Duties. Is there a way i can upload this document now? And if I can update it, will it delay my application processing time?

I’m a physician from India. The medical degree evaluation is done only by MCC and not through ECA.
YES, you ll have to create your account in physiciansapply.ca and process your source verification and ECA for the medical degrees.
Don’t worry they don’t take a lot of time. I got mine in a week

Can you please tell me the entire process of getting an ECA through MCC (cost, time, etc). MCC people are saying they take around a month or two, how did you get in a week? Also, can you please tell me what documents did you send for verification? just the degree or transcript as well? I am ECFMG certified so that would fasten things?
