done. just a regular, widely used letter of employment on company letter head with signature and stamp.

I have actually kept it clear and concise. Things mentioned are work hours, job duties (as per NOC), salary, joining date etc. Even if they find my company online or come visit personally, i still have no problems. Also i am paying tax and i also have salary entries on my bank statement as well...

And do i need to mention the name of other companies from which i got paid on my employment reference letter?

I received ITA. They do take some time and yes patience is the key. It will now be a uphill battle. Thank you for everybody's support on Ray of hope 111. I pray for consecutive draws so we all can have a better tomorrow.

Well guys the draw came at 457. My CRS score is at 480. And i still did not get ITA. What could be the possible reason? Backlog or i submitted my profile yesterday?
