Need advice guys!!
I do not want to include my spouse in application as we are planning for divorce. I've been working in Canada for one and half years and making 450+ point without her. She does have open work permit but never came to Canada. Please help me, I don't know what I'm suppose to do. I've asked couple of well known immigration firm and they said i've include her as I'm not legally divorced yet. If I wait for divorce paper, It would probably take 18 months, Perhaps more than that in India. And my work permit expired on Sep 2018.
How does it effect getting PNP?
Please and thank you.
You must declare your spouse in your application if your marriage is still alive otherwise, it would amount to misrepresentation. What you can do is you can add her as a non-accompanying dependent and move on with your application (If you do this, you will be awarded points like a single applicant). Once you get your divorce papers, you can amend your documents and inform IRCC.

Since this is a legal battle, I would strongly recommend that you hire a qualified immigration attorney and ask for his opinion.

Hi Friends,
I have a few doubts while filling the post forms

1. In the Travel History Section it is asking as below

Provide details of any trips XXXXX has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

In this case, I traveled only one country from my home country that is Canada, do we have to enter Canada details, and in the last two months I went to my home country for 1 month and came back to Canada. Do we have to mention as
From XX to XX in Home country
From XX to XX in Canada
From XX to XX in Home country
From XX to Till Date Canada

Has XXXX, and if applicable, XXXX's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

In this case my spouse is with me in Canada, we both travelled as I explained above. And recently my Sister went to USA from my Home Country.
Do we have to write only my spouse details or also my sister travel details here in this section.
Note: My spouse and me, both are applying for PR, I am Primary applicant, do we have to enter 2 times like this in the travel history sections, one section is mine and one section is my spouse.

2. In the Statutory Questions, there are asking questions as below how to fill it, I and my spouse got 1 rejection for USA visitor visa in past years

Has XXXX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

I am answering as YES, and writing as “Refused Visitor Visa for USA in Year xxxx”. Is it correct?

And again we have question as below
Has XXXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

What we have to write here, do we have to write same thing again as
YES, and writing as “Refused Visitor Visa for USA in Year xxxx”. Is it correct?

Please help me answer this questions

Hi Friends,
I have a doubt while filling the post forms, In the Personal History section; we have to fill the details for the last ten years.

In the last Ten years for two years while I was working at the same time I have done MBA from IGNOU Open University parallel (Because it is Open University we can study while working). I got ECA done for this Masters degree.

For Example from April 2009 to Feb 2012 I am working in a company and I have done my Masters parallel from Open University for MBA from Sept 2009 to Dec 2011.

While entering the Personal History section we have to enter both work and MBA for same years, is this will be conflict years for immigration officer to understand?

How to rectify this issue?

This is fine, just overlap the dates and explain your MBA was a part time course you did while working.

Hi everyone,

I've one question regarding assessment of education. I did my Bachelors degree in India and completed my Masters degree in Canada.
I'm aware that I should be submitting my transcripts of Canadian degree. The question is should I be submitting the WES evaluation of my Bachelors degree obtained in India along with the application?

Thank you.

Yes. You need to send to WES your Bachelors transcripts too for evaluation.

Points are awarded for highest education which is masters in your case. As this masters is obtained in Canada you don't need to go for WES evaluation.

Guys, need help.

My WES result came online two months back. However, the hard copy of result (sent by WES through courier) hasn't arrived yet (for both me and my wife). Now my question is this - Is the hard copy required post ITA or just the print out of WES mail is enough?

Thanks in advance. Cheers!

You don't need had copy, you can upload your soft copy. In fact, they only need the reference number.

For spouse education – in spite of having 2 degrees (both more than 3 years) + 1 diploma certificate (evaluated by WES / ECA), EE profile only awarding 8 points, instead of 9. Don’t know why…. Tried removing educational details and insert it again…. Anyone had the same issue before? Or Can anyone advise what needs to be done for this???

Hello Friends,

I wish to apply for the Express entry and would appreciate if someone could please address the below mentioned queries,

My work Experience:
Organisation 1: Sales support Executive. Duration: 5 months: NOC :B(6221)
Organisation 2: Business Development Exe. Duration: 17 months: NOC: A(4163)
Gap of 6 months.(Searching for a job in digital Marketing)
organisation 3: Digital Marketing Executive. Duration: 19 months: NOC: A(0124)

1.I would like to know if my work experience would be counted under 3 or more years in the comprehensive ranking system.

2. In my case, as I have worked in a company for a short span of 5 months, which comes under a different NOC code A, I would like to know if this experience would be counted in the comprehensive ranking system? If not then should I mention this experience in my profile?

3. Would a gap of 6 months, cause any problem while showing the work experience for the last 10 years in CRS??

4. As I have majority of experience in NOC A,I would like to know if my experience would be counted for 3 years if its combined in 2 different NOC codes namely 4163, 0124 respectively.

Would greatly appreciate if someone could kindly address this issue.

regards,

Ravi Verma,
