Overstaying on a non-immigrant visa will not necessarily render you ineligible to move to Canada. If you are otherwise eligible to move to Canada, you satisfy the criteria, you have the proper documentation to prove your claims, you have sufficient funds to support yourself and your family, you or your family members are not criminally or medically inadmissible, then you can apply to move to Canada.alokverma said:Please reply what if I apply from country of origin
Mate, I already answered this query in the other thread.rnimk said:Hello, in the education proof, only colored copies of Degree certificates are enough or ECA report from WES needs to be attached as well? We have the ECA report and the report numbers have been indicated in our application, but we did not upload that with the degree certificates, will they contact us asking us for it?
Well, it is always better to submit the ECA copy as well in the Education history section. How long has it been since you submitted your application?rnimk said:Hello, in the education proof, only colored copies of Degree certificates are enough or ECA report from WES needs to be attached as well? I have a question......is there a delay between the actual draw and the issuance of the invitation to apply? I am asking because-
1. My express entry profile shows score of 455
2.The draw from this morning shows lowest score of 453.
3.My profile still says......" No invitation to apply".
I am confused. Is this a system delay? Please advise.
Thank you DelPiero07 for the prompt reply.Wish you a good day.DelPiero07 said:Up to 24 hrs.

To be safe, I would urge you to raise a CSE and submit your ECA report. I recall seeing a few rejections on the forum because of this (Please note that this doesn't have to necessarily happen to you too).rnimk said:I submitted it on Monday 23rd Jan 2017.
Great, I will probably do that.rajkamalmohanram said:To be safe, I would urge you to raise a CSE and submit your ECA report. I recall seeing a few rejections on the forum because of this (Please note that this doesn't have to necessarily happen to you too).

I recalculated my score. if my "WE in canada" is counted as zero or under 1 year, score will drop to 436. if it is counted as one year, it jumps to 526, which is what i have officially right now.asd1985 said:Hey guys, i'll try to keep this concise so that you will be able to help me more effectively.
A) I submitted my file on 3rd of October 2016. My points were 406 (initially 411 but i lost 5 points due to age), until yesterday.
B) I updated my profile yesterday. I only updated my Canadian education section, which was supposed to get me 30 additional points.
C) Till yesterday, i was getting zero points for Canadian WE, since 6 months of my work done done under my own Inc-operation.
Now, today my file got updated and BOOM! I got an ITA and now my points are 526! Before you congratulate me, i've to say that i'm super confused as to how this happened so i'm sharing some details so that you can help me.
The letter says, "Based on the information you provided us in your Express Entry profile, we are pleased to invite you to apply for
permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class".
Additional points are as follows:
CRS – Human Capital – Canadian Work Experience: Earlier= 0, now =40. ( I've worked for my own Inc (for 6 months out of 12 months required) but i did not check the "self-employed" box at the bottom, since technically i'm working for an Incorporation. I'm calling them on the phone to see if they can clarify if i messed this up or not, but please guide me.)
CRS – Skill Transferability – Education: Earlier=25, now= 50. (No idea why the points jumped since my IELTS was not 8/7/7/7, but 8/6.5/7.5/7.5.)
CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience: Earlier=25, now =50. (No idea how and why. I've 4 years of WE but i was only getting 25 points, since i had 8/6.5/7.5/7.5 in IELTS. I was told here that for me to get 50 points, i'll need 8/7/7/7. So this makes no sense to me)
CRS – Canadian Education- Earlier= 0, now = 30. (this makes sense after recent rules change).
So, i should be happy but i'm more confused than happy right now.
Suggestions/ ideas/ thoughts?
EDIT: just got off the phone and the rep says they don't answer questions w.r.t EE. so its all you guys now!
