Nope, in that case you need to attach proof that they refused to provide ref letter. And also get same letter written by your supervisor on plain paper and get it notarized if possible and attach the same along with Letter of explanation.

I need your help .I made EE profile and end up with this. Unlike others there is no column for Job registration details (whether its pending or not). The format looks different to me. Please can someone guide me why the profile is showing up like this. It will be really helpful.

Probation is internal to company but you still worked full time, right? What IRCC looks for is hours worked per week to see if it is full or part time.

Yes, I worked just like regular full-time employee but got only basic pay. That means its ok then?

Hello guys.. need another help..
I am working in a power corporation run by state govt. The deptt refuses to provide any reference/experience letter. In this case, will joining letter, salary slips and bank statement(for salary a/c) be sufficient ?
Pls advise. Thanks.

Just to add, if you are a govt. employee, you have to get NOC from your department. Without which, IRCC will never accept your application.
If not, then as answered by someone else, you are good to go.

Hey Yeah it shows my score below .But don't know why there is no info regarding job bank registration details. Is it some technical problem.?

Can anybody clarify if Fixed Deposit/ Any kind of deposit ( NSC/KVP/RD) with Post Office is acceptable as POF.

FD is acceptable only if you can get a proof:

• be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead
• include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
• include your name
• list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans
• include, for each current bank and investment account:
  • account numbers
  • the date each account was opened
  • the current balance of each account
  • the average balance for the past six months

Hi All,
I have a question.

I have worked with 4 employers and have more than 6 years of experience overall. But I worked for just 10 months with my 2nd employer and few months of that work is not in my NOC. And since I am not able to get any letter with roles and responsibilities from that company or any colleague, I am not planning to show my experience in that.

So my question in this case is:
1. Should I show my work experience pertaining to my 2nd company in "Work History" section of my Express Entry Profile or not?
2. For future documentation, I am creating a document of all my work experiences together (letter with roles & responsibilities in company letter head, offer letter, paystub etc.). So this work experience should be mentioned in that or it should be included in my personal history with an explanation.

Please guide me in this.

The basic rules are:
1. In past 10 years, at least one job should be 12 months continuous.
2. Whatever number of years of experience you are disclosing in work history section, you have to provide a reference letter for that.

I would suggest, if you are able to show last 3 years of experience that does not include 2nd employer, you are good to go. Do not show 1st and second employer, only reveal the latest employers. But do remember, you should have worked for 12 months for 3rd employer.

keep looking at the messages on first page of login (at bottom of page), you will receive job bank message.

Dear Friends,

Kindly help and suggest with your valuable advise. While filling the application at WES wherein i am not sure about filling my PGDM course details

1. I did my PGDM (2 Yeas) from Amity Business School (Approved BY AICTE that time of the year) but now they operate under Amity University.
2. While in WES taking in consideration above information
a) What should be selected under institution type ? University or Professional
b)What should be name of Institution i.e Amity Business School or AICTE or Amity University
c) Transcripts to be issued by Amity Business School / AICTE / Amity University.

Any response will be greatly appreciated.
