@Kumar2017

My application is still under process, so I can't say with 100% certainty yet if it worked or not.
That being said, I see no reason why it shouldn't be sufficient based on other people who have taken similar action and faced no issue.

I've sent an email to the university explaining my situation; that I need the letter for immigration purposes and that it needs to confirm that I'm the same person as the passport holder that shows my full name. It looks a lot like an enrollment letter plus the additions I requested.

Hi

Need a clarification. We got our ITA and submitted all our documents with LOE for FBI PCC. We were given time till 13th February, 2018 to submit it. My credit card got charged (normal method not edo) on 5th Feb,2018 and got a email confirmation that my PCC was sent for delivery on 7th Feb. I have given USA address for delivery to save time. Till now i have not received the PCC mailed by FBI. What should i do ? Do i need to reply using my account to send LOE seeking extension of 1 week time ? or can i raise CSE with credit card charging confirmation and FBI email ? Going really crazy. Is it mandatory to reply through my account using the link given to me for updating PCC. Experts please reply immediately.

Hi, my CRS score is 365, is it good enough to get ITA for Ontario province. Kiny
No, Ontario Province Nomination program has a prerequisite of 400 CRS which is minimum to get an invitation from them.

Hello Friends!
For "Skilled work experience", I worked half-year as a stuff member, then another half on contract, doing the same job. Does this count as 1 year full time work experience?
Thank you!
yes, if you have completed 12 months of experience, and necessary evidence/documents to support it, you are good.

Thanks a lot for your valuable reply. How should I increase my crs score. I am 36 year old , with regular MBA, my brother is in Canada but I don't have any job offer from Canada. I am working in India. On the other hand , my husband is 43, engineer from Ms ramaiah University , Bangalore, MBA (distance learning), but he is working in Canada from last 7 months. Who should apply as primary applicant for PR? We both will appear for IELTS in few months. Kindly advise.

Evaluate yours and your husband's profile on following link:

Whoever gets 67 points, can apply as primary applicant for PR.

Thanks a lot Mr.Preetsingh, I tried the link. According to it, we both almost score the same, mine being 78, my husband's 74. Do you advise that , the one with higher score should be primary applicant? Will it help me to get ITA because my CRS only comes as 365 as I don't have any job offer but my spouse has.

Hello sir, I was going thru the link on cic website that calculates CRS score. My score comes to be 390 while for my spouse it is 553 ( 200 extra points because of his full time job) . Do you think he should apply for PR? But he is an engineer not an MBA regular.kindly advise. Please.

This score doesn't matter. It should be greater than or equal to 67 in order to become eligible for Express Entry. For PR, the CRS should be greater than 420 (atleast) in order to get PR through Express Entry.

so, your CRS is 365. that's strange. Since you have MBA and if you have at least 2-3 years of experience and in IELTS if you get 8777, then your CRS will be more than 430.

on another hand, for your husband, if he has an LMIA code, then his profile would be better.

But, there are a lot of things to consider.

Try calculating your CRS by following link

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Try combinations of IELTS bands, and you will get an idea who should be the primary candidate.

How did you calculate 553 for your husband? Looks little strange to me.
