No guys, this is incorrect. You can only get the ECA reference number once the assessment is complete. So you can't create an EE profile before this is done.

You need to be very patient during this process.

Regards

You will get the WES reference number before the assessment is completed. As matter of fact, that is the number which we can use to inquire for an update from WES, or for any other communication.

So yes, you do get the reference number even before your transcripts are assessed.

And, this number is more than enough for you to create your EE Profile.

But this is a risky proposition, because if you do not get your transcripts assessed from WES before your deadline of ITA submission date; you will not be able to proceed further.

Hi,

1) Only you current/valid passport is required.
2) No you don't.

All the best

1) Thanks! But the UAE PCC i received contains my old passport number as my UAE visa is stamped on my old passport so it is in their system. Also, CIC will not ask for my UAE resident visa details as it is the proof of me being a legal resident in a foreign country of UAE?

2) Ok. If I answer NO to having any relatives in Canada, will it not be counted as mis-representation and be problematic later on ?

Thanks!

The number you are referring to is a provisional number that can only be used for communication. It only becomes official for immigration once the ECA is done. What would you put under "Date ECA report issued" ? (misrepresentation)

Another thing is that you dont know what your qualification is equivalent to until the ECA is done, so you risk overstating your qualification. (misrepresentation)

1) You can explain this in your LOE and attach a copy of old passport, otherwise when listing ID's they only want valid documents.
2) No it wont. There is a section where you must list your close family members in the PR application. They dont care about other relatives.

This my father name . Should I put one affidavit ? If yes then it should be normal stamped or outside India stamped??
Since it is your father's name it doesn't matter. When you get to the section where you must enter his details just enter them as they are on the passport and move on.

All the best

What would you put under "Date ECA report issued" ? (misrepresentation) - Nope. It is not any provisional number. Its the exact same reference number at the time of getting the report also. I m speaking from my experience. I did two evaluations, one for my spouse and the other for myself from WES, the numbers do not change.

Was there a column to fill in Date ECA report is issued? If there is. Then i m sorry. Probably its the best idea to await till you get the ECA (which i would always vouch for)

Either way, its always safe and smart to entry the pool, once you have your ECA and Language Test(s) reports readily available.

I know its exactly the same, but its use is different. What experience do you have? getting an ECA or successfully cheating the system?
You cant use it for immigration purposes until ECA is issued. Yes, there is a date, you should go back and check.

Anyway, like you say, safe and smart is best. You don't want to be rejected and possibly banned.

how does family information affect PR decision? are any supporting documents usually asked for it ?

Well, it doesn't really affect anything unless during the background security check the name of one of your family members comes up. It is also used for reference purposes in future applications. For example if you want to sponsor your parents one day.

I've applied for a work permit before, which was rejected unfortunately. They stay with me in Qatar, but I filled the forms for family info with their permanent addresses in India in our hometown. I did that for the post ITA forms as well, would that count as some form of misrep since they would be checking previous refusals ? Quite worried about this to be honest.

No, I wouldn't worry about this. No evidence is required here. Just put their current country of residence. They dont need an address.

During the first reject, I did mention in my letter of exp that they were in India and that I would return after the end of my work permit, when they were with me(a lapse in the exp by my representative that I did not notice at that time). Thats what worries me. Ever since, even for my second work permit application( which I withdrew) I mentioned in the family information form, that their addresses were in India.Theyve been with me during these applications.

Even now, I've mentioned their locations as India. They will probably leave in a month or 2.
Should I just keep it that way ?

Respected experts,

I need some urgent guidance from yourside. I got my ITA last month and got my EAPR before two weeks. I just realized that by mistake my employer put wrong postal code of office address. My lawyer said we can still update job offer letter as it's small administrative issue. So if I reupload my job offer letter then it may cause any problem?

Hi,

Like your lawyer said, this is a small issue and raise a CSE won't cause any problems at all.
