Thanks for the beautiful post.
I have one question

To get the WES done it takes some time.Right?
Can we do one thing create WES account, get the reference number and then use this number for submitting the application to get into the pool and get the ITA. Meanwhile, WES can take its own time to get the degree evaluated.
So after accepting the ITA, I would get some time and until that time I would have my WES done.
Kindly address this.

You can do that.

Provided you get the report before submission deadline.

Hello, when completing the EE, do you enter all your qualifications/educational history or only the ones I have the ECA report for. I have a bachelors and masters all from outside Canada but I have the ECA report only for the masters. Please advise

If you got your ECA report for Master's only, then upload that along with your Master's transcripts (which should include all mark sheets and degree certificate).

But, it is preferred you upload your bachelor's transcripts too, just in case.

It is just a matter of scanning and uploading. Better to be safe and secure on your application.

Hi,
I am claiming points for my sister who resides in canada. One of the documents I have to provide is proof of relationship to my sister. Here's an excerpt from CIC website:


Proof of the relationship of the applicant or the accompanying spouse or common-law partner to the family member must also be provided (e.g., a birth certificate, an official document naming the applicant as a relative, a copy of the inside back cover of the relative’s passport showing the relative’s parents’ marriage

I plan on using a birth certificate but I want to know if the birth certificate supposed to be my sister's or do i have to also provide mine. I will appreciate to her from anyone who claimed points for a relative in canada

IMO, birth certificate should be fine.

Via the birth certificate the parent's name can be verified. This should be the identical to the parent's name in your passport.

the case officer would be able to make a sound decision based on the above.

Hi! Filling PR application. Just a couple of questions.

1) I'm a Pakistani citizen residing in UAE on resident visa. The UAE resident visa is stamped on my expired passport which expired a few months ago. Do I need to add the expired passport under the section 'ID Documents'? I did not add it when making my express entry profile. Just added my current passport.

2) My Uncle resides in Canada. Do I need to mention him although I do not need to claim points for a relative in Canada?

But in my class x certificate I mention as Ramesh Chandra Jain and even in my passport and college documents is is Ramesh Chandra Jain .In my bank documents the name it is Ramesh Chand Jain only and in some documents it is written as R.C Jain . I need your advice how to make it correct now . Do I need to make an affidavit , if yes then how to proceed and what to write ???....

I have a concern regarding documents translation.

I have done the translation of documents from a certified translator in Saudi Arabia. He gave his letter but there is no affidavit attached with the translation. Do I need an affidavit from the translator?

With the translated doc, I need to upload the scan copy of the original document or it should be certified copy of the original document?

Please clarify these points if anyone has gone through the same confusion.

No guys, this is incorrect. You can only get the ECA reference number once the assessment is complete. So you can't create an EE profile before this is done.

You need to be very patient during this process.

1) Only you current/valid passport is required.
2) No you don't.

Yes, this is ok. You get points for your highest qualification so just entering you master is ok.
You can enter your Bachelors in the personal history section of the PR application, post-ITA. You won't need any evidence here.

Also note that when uploading educational documents transcripts are not required. You can just upload your certificate and the ECA report.

This my father name . Should I put one affidavit ? If yes then it should be normal stamped or outside India stamped??
