Hi everyone,

I feel frustrated and not sure what to do next. My second Express Entry was rejected in a few minutes after I submitted it. The message is a non-personal PDF, which says

"Based on the information you gave in your profile, you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these programs at the moment."
The message does not specify which criteria I did not meet, it only gives some examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible.

This happens despite me having a score of 450 calculated here
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp.
If I am not mistaken, this should be enough. Is it?

I submitted my first entry in July this year, and it got rejected immediately in the same way. Then I thought it was because of my age (33 years) and insufficient IELTS score, which resulted in me having a score of 395.

Now, with the new IELTS result (basically, same average, but this time I focused on listening when preparing and got band 8.0), the calculator gives me 450. However, my Express Entry application got rejected automatically and immediately, same as the first time.

What could be the reason? What should I do next? Any tips are welcome. Thank you!

Yes, I did not have an ECA for education.
Ok. where did you find out the reason. My ECA is done, I have ielts of 7.5, age 33, bachelors education, with 10 years of work experience under 4165, 2171. Is it necessary to have my spouse's IELTS if I am the primary applicant. Not sure why I am getting ineligible.

They don't say explicitly what the reason is. But I am pretty sure that in my case the reason was not having ECA for diplomas because it is a requirement. I would suggest you to read the requirements for the program you are aiming at (FSA?), go through the list one by one and see if you meet each requirement.
