Ok. where did you find out the reason. My ECA is done, I have ielts of 7.5, age 33, bachelors education, with 10 years of work experience under 4165, 2171. Is it necessary to have my spouse's IELTS if I am the primary applicant. Not sure why I am getting ineligible.

Hello Elladuffy, Did you submit any police clearance for your stay in china. I am in the same situation. I was in china with my husband for 1.5 years, registered with local police station. But i dont have any documents related to the same as i lost one of those files while i was shifting home...
