Could anyone please advise us on the difference between these three questions on CRS Tool?
1)Enter the highest level of education for which you:
earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate; or
had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if you did your study outside Canada. (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)
2)Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?
3)Choose the best answer to describe this level of education.

Why are there three questions which mean the same?

Um... because they are not the same.

Example responses:
1) Masters degree ...
2) No
3) ---

1) Masters degree ....
2) Yes
3) One or two-year diploma or certificate

I have a masters degree from India (not evaluated by WES) and also have completed a Masters degree from a university in Canada. What would be my responses then?

I dont know why I feel the three questions are same. Please answer in detail.

1- enter the highest qualification that you have converted or was completed in Canada.
In this case, you can only use your Canadian degree as you haven't converted your Indian masters

2- have you got a Canadian degree
Yes, you have

3- what level is this highest education?
Bachelor's degree, I assume
