Many Congrats. Do ring up/Meet your employer and request them to be more professional here after. I have heard many instances in which the reluctance to lift calls being the cause for delays. Good luck.

This is the same reply I got as well. Seems like the new generic reply to almost all CSE enquiries. Only difference is the line concerning your medicals, but just replaced with what ever the CSE was related to. This is more than frustrating, some honesty on their end would really be appreciated.
