I am still waiting.. I will complete 11 months in 4 days.. Security says Not Started...

I am sorry to hear that you are still in this mess with us. Are you sure you are not under security screening? Can you take a better look under ACTIVITY section of your GCMS notes to see if you can spot the words (Security Screening)?

I've no idea whether my eligibility under review or security. I'll apply for notes to find out. Sent email to London VO for info and they said "file under review and don't contact us again for status updates as we are unable to reply".

I am very sure, there is no where that they have mentioned anything about security or security screening, it just has security - not started. I got the Notes about 2 weeks back and the latest update was in the month of Aug stating "new meds needed but no action taken until eligibility decision is made" and last update prior to that was in the month of May which says PReVU verified (applicant information).

As of today, more than 11 months have passed for me since AOR and for all I know, it could still take several additional months for my application to be completed.

This thread has gone really quiet for the past couple of months, and I just wanted to see if everyone, whose name is mentioned below, is still here, or if some of these applicants have received PPR and have quietly moved on:

Strange case! To wait for so long just for eligibility to pass. Yours is surely a unique case. Good luck.

what's the longest SS duration known from past experiences?

I've heard of 18 months in SS alone. Some guy recently got his PPR after approximately 640 days in total since his AOR. So really, there is no limit to how long it might take.
