Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Submit completely filled out Schedule A forms
( with no gaps) for YOU. This must be received at this office by: 2017/03/19

Is it good sign ?
what is the meaning of (WITH NO GAPS)
Please tell, what should I do now?

Is this FORM IMM 5669 E, right ?

With no gaps means you shouldn't miss any date in between; Not even a single day. Every day in the past 10 years should be accounted for.

Have they really started asking physical documents (via snail mail)? This is pathetic.

I dont have gap in times. but, maybe I used wrong method to put value in time.

Can anyone let me know the time frame for adding new dependent after getting stamp in passport..? As i get married and want to add my wife, but already have stamp PR in my passport, but not travelled to canada.
