Looks like they simply changed the status messages after maintenance.
I have the same changes in profile, though nothing actually changed.

I also have the same changes in my account. nothing change.

But, Final decision was NOT STARTED before maintenance. Now, It's showing your application is in progress. We will send you a message when the final decision has been made.

My Final decision stage changed to In progress few minutes back , when I checked the help button on the right ,got the below message .

My BKG is still NN ... AOR of Nov 4, 2016.

I see most others in that date range have seen their BKG go to In Progress .... lpbe .... any update from you?

I am a PNP-Inland, Ontario nominee. I notice that all but one or two of the PNP - Inlands (until Nov 10) have noticed a change in their BKG status to "In Progress". Since this is beyond my AOR date of Nov 4 ... I am pretty anxious.

Now the latest status after the changes in the site are -

Background Check - Not applicable
Final Decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

This wait is killing.

If you see " We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.", it means your BG is IP. Not applicable corresponds to "Not started" I guess.

We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. = in progress
You passed the medical exam. = passed
We do not need additional documents. = Not needed
You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. = not needed
(Not applicable = Not needed)
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made = Not started

Wording might be nicer, but it is still the same status at the end.

I was wondering if there were any applicants from Ankara VO, no one on the spreadsheet as far as I see and can't find any PNP-O applicants with Ankara VO either

I received this :
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) ( with no gaps) bearing an original signature for you . This must be received
at this office by: 2017/03/31

I have checked my application and there are no gaps in them.

AOR date: 16th November.

Questions:
1> Should I fill, print, sign and upload ?
2> I dont remember the exact house numbers for last 10 years, Can I put only street names ?
3> Does it mean they are going to check all my last 10 year addresses physically ?

Pls help.

Review of Medical Results: Passed
Review of submitted documents: No additional documents needed at this time
Scheduling an Interview: Non Needed at this time
A Background check is needed: Non Needed at this time
Final Decision: Not Started

After techincal updates as on 7-Mar-2017:-

Application/Profile Status: We received your application. We will send you message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of Medical Results: You passed the Medical exam.
Review of submitted documents: We do not need additional documents.
Scheduling an Interview: You do not need an Interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
A Background check is needed: Not Applicable.
Final Decision: Your application is in Progress. We will send you a message when Final Decision is made.
