I don't think so. Although when you get your PPR, they will request you to send it to a VO in your current country of residence.

Once you get PPR, if you are in another country, you can raise a CSE and request a VO change and submit your passports in the country you are living in at the time of PPR.
 
Background check in progress for second time... Finally one more hurdle passed..
 
has it so happened that the VO changed from Ottawa to a local VO past 3 months mark? any reported cases like that?

Review of Medical Results finally shows Passed!

My GCMS notes (generated on January 30) show that Eligibility and Criminality were already Passed and Medicals still Review in Progress. Now that Medical Review has changed to Passed, I really hope that I will get PPR soon.

Usually happens within 1 - 1.5 months (max). Haven't personally seen any case being transferred after 3 months.

but how will they manage the PPR? will they ask to send the passports all the way to Ottawa internationally?

Is it a good sign that file is transferred to LVO.. Does it mean all requirements are passed in Ottawa??
