Did you get an email that ur app has been updated or u got a message in ur profile ?

Primary email recipient is my Consultant... so not sure if They have received any mail... I randomly checked account yesterday night and the message status was New against my application.. so when I check the message it was PPR

my file is also at LVO since 17 December. November AOR, PNP Outland.
bit worried that Background status is not changing. (COZ LVO generally processes the file within 2 months).

Monitor your CIC account and inbox/Spam folder closely... I received PPR without BG changing to IP...!! It changed to IP today morning..!!

Medical Passed: November 18, 2016 (I did my actual medical exam on October 31, 2016)
BG Change: to NN on November 19, 2016; to IP on February 15, 2017
Visa Office: Hong Kong
Passport Request: February 15, 2017
Application Closed and Approved: February 28, 2017
Additional Info: Schedule 3 requested on December 21, 2016.

I am now waiting for my COPR to arrive in the mail. Thanks!

By Gods grace received PPR late night yesterday..!! message came into CIC account directly.. strangely BG is still NN.. it didn't change to IP before receiving PPR...!!

Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

Its been quite a while now and I am wondering what is stopping them to proceed.
Can someone provide insight on what is happening here.

Hi Renne9009,CIC was processing FWS and CEC first, so we think PNPs turn comes after that. Just take a look to the spreadsheet, you'll find that most of PNP applicants did not get updates.
