Hello fellow PR seekers! Got an update on my application process and some info.

Today I received a conformation of documents reception by Vienna VO (VVO) after I raised a CSE directed specifically towards them (once again thank you Raj for providing the link for direct VVO CSE; I would not have found it by myself) after being instructed by IRCC that they received my documents via general CSE but that I must also get in touch with VVO since my file is located there.

By the way, I see on this thread and the e-APR in Dec thread, that the general consensus is for PR applicant’s file to be transferred to local VO, the BGC status goes through the following changes NN>NS>NN.

However, this was not so in my case, since my BGC status never changed since AOR, i.e. it remains NN.

My time line is as follows:

ITA: Nov 2nd, 2016
Upfront eMedical: Nov 17th, 2016
e-APR: Dec 12th, 2016
AOR: Dec 12th, 2016
Medical Review Passed: Dec 17th, 2016
1st CSE raised: Dec 20th, 2016
2nd CSE raised: Jan 2nd, 2017
1st CSE confirmation: Jan 3rd, 2017
2nd CSE confirmation and instruction to contact VVO: Jan 9th, 2017
2nd CSE sent to VVO: Jan 11th, 2017
2nd CSE VVO confirmation: Jan 25th, 2017

Hi Krout

i am also PNP-O at vienna VO my file transferred to lvo on Feb 15. Aor Dec 31

I am PNP-O under Vienna as well (or so I think). I will know for sure once I will receive my notes. Do you have direct vienna email? All I want is to know my UCI. Thanks a lot.

Wow congrats! All the very best! :). Applicants from November are slowly progressing!
Thanks, Raj! You personally helped me a lot.

Guys, I remember many of you asked about the format of PPR email, how it looked, whether it would go to spam folder, etc.
In my case I received a general You have a new message in your account for application email. When I logged in the subject of the message was Permanent Residence Authorized. So no Ready for Visa email whatsoever for me.

Hi vensak! About Vienna VO email, see post from dedicated (vienn-visa@international.gc.ca). Also, in their conformation that my docs sent by raising CSE where received, the sender was identified as follows: VIENNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.

Guys, is there any info or thread on this forum about processing times/trends by Vienna VO?

Guys, I have updated the spreadsheet. Kindly check (link in signature). If there are any discrepancies, please bring them to anti_maniac's/my notice. Thanks.

Not much at least not for EE stream candidates. I know another person in this forum that should be under Vienna, but he was putting down his application in February. People in Family stream were saying that Vienna is slow, but it is difficult to judge according to that.

And thanks a lot for e-mails. I just want to find out my UCI for now.

I feel that those sheets don't make sense like they are, they should be VO-wise rather than month-wise

You have consolidated sheet that you can sort according nationality (that gives you idea about LVO).
