police certificate is from Pakistan. Yes we uploaded the police certificate via my cic account, but they have asked for the original document to be sent along with a explanation letter on visa refusal. In our app we mentioned that my husband was refused a visit visa to U.K. And we provided an application number at that point in time. I'm a Pakistani currently working and residing in UAE.

OK cool. Since they did not ask you during R10 check they have asked you now for the PCC. Since you got the requests for both LVO is working on your file, and you may hear from them soon on your PPR. Visa rejections should be a problem for Canada PR unless it was of some criminal or security reasons.

thanks Rob2k for your reply. The visa was refused on financial instability and nothing on security reasons. Hoping and praying to hear positive news. Good luck to all on the forum.

Strange that even after 3 months mark ur eligibility has not started.... I thought that post 3 months it is majorly security.
Even my application went tro and for from CPC to NDVO and back to Cpc... Seems backlog and workload is distributing the file to another offices...
Should I wait for another month to apply.

I been new to this forum but was a silent reader with all the discussions going through.

I would like to clarify the situation about working on your own Corporation (INC.) but not in the province you are nominated from, however the base address of the corporation is the original province of nomination.

would CIC think as an obligation in this case?

The bottom line is, you have to satisfy the officer that you will move to the province of nomination if given a visa and how you do that is up to you. You have to show ties to the province of nomination - family, friends, recent visits, business, past employment/volunteer work, past study etc. If your company is registered in the province of nomination, then that can indicate a strong tie.

Hi raj, as in your GCMS note, A11.2 appears to be met, doesnt that mean you passed your eligibility? I used to know A11.2 is the eligibility itself, correct me if I am wrong :

I have same Uk visa refusal issue. Are they asking that you submit the visa refusal note or a personal letter explaining why the U.K. Visa was refused. Also, has your spouse ever been to Uk before? why I am asking is because I can't find the refusal note from uk embassy but in my eAPR I explained the reason why I was refused a visa.

As advised by my consultant, we have provided an explanation letter as well as the actual refusal letter as according to my consultants, UK provides a very detailed, point by point reason for refusing the application. My spouse has never traveled to UK before.

As advised by my consultant, we have provided an explanation letter as well as the actual refusal letter as according to my consultants, UK provides a very detailed, point by point reason for refusing the application. My spouse has never traveled to UK before.

in my case I don't have the note anymore and I've lived in Uk because and also have had a temporary residence permit in Uk after my masters degree. I hope they don't ask for the note from UK embassy. I already did UK PCC.
