I just got my GCMS notes.

The last note which was generated on January 27, 2017 indicates that I passed Medical, Eligibility, and Criminality. My husband is a chronic inactive carrier of Hepatitis B, so his medical results are still being reviewed and his Medical has been In Progress since November 01, 2016.

My husband met with a specialist (we are currently living and working in Canada) and he was told he would not need any treatment. We submitted the examination report to CIC in December, but there has been no change in his Medical.

I do not know how much longer CIC needs to assess his medical results. It is really frustrating!

There is less movement for PNP applicants irrespective of whether the applicant is inland or outland. Its not specific to OINP.

Well, technically, PCC from a country that you are not currently living in should be issued after your last departure. However, since this is Canada PCC, the officer might make an exception(also this is an additional document request so if they need a fresh one, it is extremely likely they will ask for one).

In this specific case, I imagine you won't require a new PCC.

Thanks Raj. I'm leaning toward that line of thinking as well. I was just wondering if I should raise a CSE and ask them if they need a new PCC. BUt since it's Canada PCC, they can probably run checks against their databases as well in stead of a new PCC.

I am confused and worried having seen the report.

1. As you can see they have mentioned my and my child's status but the same is blank for my Spouse at the last note on 16th December. Even at page number 7 the details of my spouse is left blank except her name. Can some one tell me the reason for this?
2. I have provided the Schedule A of my spouse on 12th December, but they haven,t mentioned that though I can see comments on 14th, 15th and 16th December.
3. At a place they have mentioned the passport details for me and my child but kept blank for my spouse.
4. I can see the marks s.26 and s.22(1)(b). But as per notes it seems eligibility and criminality checks are fine.

Please provide your opinion. I am really tensed now.

Did your spouse sign and submit a consent form? If no, then her details will not be released. At the time of ordering GCMS notes, both of you should have submitted separate consent forms for the information to be released.

You might not see it in the incoming communication/documents section of the GCMS notes because of reason mentioned in the previous answer.

Where are the notes of the case analyst (that mentions about the A11.2 checks)? Has it been redacted? If your eligibility says "Met", then your A11.2 has passed.

Your notes seems fine, however it would be good if you could share us the info under "Assessment" and the "Admissibility".
