Hi guyz,

Hope everyone is doing great. I received ITA in Jan and in the process of arranging all the docs for eAPR submission.
I have several queries regarding the documents required for eAPR submission.

1. I have entered my spousal work experience which was outside Canada before ITA in my express entry profile. I am claiming any points from her work experience. So, I was wondering what should I do now because I am getting a tab in my express entry profile to upload an experience letter for her job. After reading some threads on this forum, I understood that I can take delete my spouse's work experience even after I have got ITA but not absolutely sure about it.

2. I was a dentist (NOC-3113) back home and had 1 yr experience in it on which basis I have applied to express entry as an FSW. I came to Canada as a student and did a course in dental hygiene here 3 years ago and started working as a dental hygienist (NOC-3222) after getting Post graduation work permit in Feb 2016 and currently working as well. So my question is do I have to only provide a work experience letter for my Dentist job which was back home on which basis I'm claiming work experience in FSW express entry or do I also have to provide the work experience letters for my dental hygienist jobs here in Canada for which I am not claiming any points in express entry and its a separate NOC job then my dentist job.

3. This query is related to the above query. In case if I have to provide the work experience letters for my dental hygiene jobs in Canada then do they have to be in the CIC work experience letter formats or they can be just general work experience letters verifying my employment? Also I didnt get any pay stubs for my work as I was working as an independent contractor, I used to get paychecks without any tax deductions, so If I provide those paychecks as proof of work payment so would they suffice for pay stubs.

I would really appreciate if anyone can put some light on these queries.

Thank you in advance.

I may be sounding foolish here, but if you have applied with your wife and kids, I will prefer them to be with me on my journey to Canada(I told you, sounding foolish here to you).

i completely agree. When I came to Canada two years ago, I came with my wife and kid. Of course, it is difficult and challenging but very comforting at the same time. I would never have left my wife and son back in India even though we live in a joint family.

Go to View Submitted application and you will see a new column with the upload option for the required documents.

How can I know if R10 is passed or not without ordering a GCM note or what note?
From the myCIC if I can see medical pass ?
Or if it is bg check `in progress` usually R10 is passed?

Thanks,

Yes, USUALLY if the BC has reached the IP stage then R10 and A11.2 are OK... BUT USUALLY which means it MAY be different in your case ;)

Just recevied my gcms notes

Practicaly it means. Your CRS points are ok, but they still wait for security to be completed (that can take some time).
So you can relax, because now it is really matter of time. All you need is to track them regulary thats all.

Thanks for explanation
I guess I will wait for another 30 days to order another set of gcms to see how it goes

No, all those posts that mention this pattern of BG change will necessarily lead to a rejection are wrong. A lot of people have seen such BG change patterns.

Also, check this -->

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-eapr-submitted-in-november-2016-t459415.0.html;msg5619049#msg5619049

This might give you a rough idea of what this change means.

Could you please post the links that mention about this"rejection" concept?

Hello Raj,
If you remember, my aor was 10 Jan 2017.
25 Jan: meds passed; no additional doc req
26 Jan: bg check not started.
30 Jan (probably as i skipped checking my account on weekend): back ground check again changed to not needed.

One thing i missed to tell you was that my first baby was born on jan 19th. I raised a CSE on jan 22.
My question is:
1 Do you think my background check again went to ‘not needed’ as cic wants (and yesterday they did contact me which I will discuss later) my newborns details before it will move ahead with the processing of my file?
In other words, do you see any correlation of my status changes with the birth of my child.
Will the birth of my baby will somehow influence the progress (or lack of it) of processing of my file. Will cic hold my file until i upload his birth certificate and passport (which will take a month) or will process it at its normal pace.
Please note that i had chosen my settlement funds keeping in view the increase in family members (although we were two at that point, me and my wife chose funds required for three family members).
